You can now register your interest to be a part of our girls' academy for the 2024/25 season.

The Girls’ Academy is based in a state of the art facility at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing, West Sussex.

The facilities include high-quality pitches, a gym, medical centre, purpose built changing areas and recovery facility.

Our academy is for women & girls aged between 11 and 19. We are a Category 1 Pro-Game Academy which is the highest grading possible within The FA’s rules.

Players will experience quality technical coaching, strength and conditioning programmes, physiotherapy, life-skills programmes and wellbeing care, alongside support around their education.

This season we’ve had four professional debuts from 16 and 17-year-olds in league and cup competitions with numerous academy players training regularly with our first team.

Now we’re looking to identify more high-potential young players to join our already talented age-groups across our girls' academy pathway for next season.

Our upcoming trial days are as follows:

WU19s: Must be in Year 12 or Year 13 from September 2024
